8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1 / 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

2 tablespoons chili sauce bottle
2 cups roasted peanuts, dry, without salt, finely chopped

SALSA
2 cups beef stock or canned broth
Wine 1 / 4 cup dry red wine
2 tablespoons chili sauce bottle
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons cold butter
